[Question] Phone number from UK address?

BHW - I purchased a site off a guy and need to get hold of him. I have his address (UK) but really need to speak on the phone. My business partner dealt with him and unfortunately didn't get any of this information presale so I'm wondering how/if it can be done?

Found him but need to pay to get the phone number... any other clever ways people can suggest?

I have used anywho.com in the U.S.
I notice they have links to international service and it is free (for the U.S. service at least)....If the guy is listed you may have some luck there.

In the Uk all directory services are premium rate.
I would Love to come up with a method to have
people complete an offer and get the number free.
