[Question] Paypal with VCC?

I just created another paypal account since I'm allowed to have one business and one personal account. I tried adding my credit card which I removed from business one but paypal is not accepting it. Since its kind of urgent I can't wait untill monday because I need to pay for facebook ads. In order to do so I need to have credit card attached to the account but I don't need to have money on it since I can use paypal balance that I would transfer from my other account. Is using VCC against paypals policy? I'm not trying to bypass any rules they got and I'm doing everything legit, but I can't really wait untill monday for support :/

I honestly don't see a reason why not. Just delete once you figure out the problem with your real CC and you should be good.
I have couple CC's attached to my legit PP, including debit visa's.

Vccs work fine with Paypal.

Just call them. I've had to do this many times when my bank account was getting an error, they did it right away.

If you read my post you will see that I mentioned I'm not able to call them untill monday and this is urgent. Their office hours for my country are untill 3 pm GMT
