question on youtube?

Can someone answer this?

Will youtube take down my video if I download someone else's popular video from youtube? If yes, then will a little modification to the video help? How do I modify the video to make it mine. Also, I want to include a picture/page at the end of the video which says check description. Plz help.

Basically, I am trying domain parking + youtube. Just testing it out.

i dont think they will take ur video down as long as the length is different than the video u copied.

Only if someone complains or if you've broken one of their terms, ie: music copyright, etc. There's always a hundred copies of popular videos.
