Question on Youtub Accs that I have

I have 10 phone verified Gmail accounts that are 4 months old that I would like to use for my YT campaigns, and I had a few questions.

1. I want to now activate a channel on youtube for each 10 of the accounts. I heard that age of the Google account can be important in helping avoid a ban, or even with the rankings of the video directly. Is this accurate?
2. If so, then the accounts, which aren't "Youtube" yet, are simply Gmail accounts. Does this matter? If I make Youtube channels for each of the accounts today, will Youtube just think they are brand new accounts?
3. Should I put a real personality behind the accounts? Like, add a Google+ account with bio, put a fake first and last name?

I'm not sure if the accounts have extra value because they are 4 months old, or if YT just sees them as 1 day old if I made the Youtube channels on them yesterday.

Creating google plus profiles wouldnt hurt because you could use them for marketing later down the road.

I think it all comes down to leaving a footprint. You can have keygen videos up but most of the time when my accounts were banned, it was because I left some kind of footprint... logging in from wrong ip address, cookies weren't cleared etc...

Bingo:
- Enable "Private Browsing" in your browser. This won't be full proof, as they can still see what OS\Resolution\Browser, etc. that you're using, but at least you won't have a cookie that can squeal on you.
- Use 10 different proxies under each unique account. Keep track of them in a spread sheet or at least a document. *Don't log in accidentally from one to another*
- Fill out the bio info differently, but try to make it look somewhat complete, but more importantly unique and legitimate.
- Don't create all 10 accounts at once, even under different proxies.
- Don't Like or comment on videos from each account to any of the other ones.

You want to leave as little of a foot print as possible.

How careful you should be also depends on what kind of videos youre uploading. Quality unique content or mass reposting fake keygen hack videos?

3. Linking G+ / YT / Gmail accounts is always good if you make it all look legit. Shit sticks if you eat the right food basically.

I think the route I am heading with experimenting with YT is more quality than quantity, but still, it's of a mix of the 2.
