If you concern about Search engine and want to rank on the SERP Better Go with Wordpress CMS becasue it's SEO and Search engine Friendly

- yes its search engine friendly. And Wordpress platform is the most user-friendly and because of many available plugins ; its easy to work there.

I am taking the word of @stressfreehost that you can build in these languages / platforms as I am not familiar with them.

As for security - it depends entirely on how you code the site - security is in your hands and a site could be secure or insecure regardless of what language or platform it was built on.

The answer is the same for whether or not it is search engine friendly - SEO has very little to do with underlying infrastructure (Apart from when it comes to speed and reliability) and more to do with the top layer - the front-end coding. So if you build it to spill out well formatted HTML to the browser, with all the correct headings and so on then yes, it will be SEO friendly.
