Question on Web 2.0 and Backlinks

Hey guys,

Made most of my money on video marketing and now trying to rank a post on my site by SEO. I have about 15 Web 2.0s that act as my T1 to my MS. These Web 2.0's are indexed and have 2 Tiers under them. So it's a basic set up of

MS< T1 Web 2.0's <T2 < T3

Web 2.0's are
Webnode
Wordpress
Tumblr
Weebly
Bravesites.com
Blog.com
Wikidot


My question is I've been doing this since the middle of January and when I check the Money Site backlink profile on ahrefs it only shows that I have 16 backlinks + 4 domain referrals. 2 of those domains are from the Web 2.0's - both are the blog.coms.

If I place the web 2.0's in ahrefs I see each blog has 2k+ backlinks behind them - so I'm confused -my web 2.0s are indexed and have backlinks pointing to them but my Money Site only has 4 domains pointing to it. No Tumblr or Wordpress backlinks.

Where did I mess up? Should I just keep adding more Web 2.0s and backlinking those...any thoughts are appreciated!

ahrefs opensite majestic are all third party crawlers, who knows when they will crawl and find links.Nothing matters.You go on adding Tier 2 to your T1s.

So it's not a bit strange tumblr or the wordpress even show up as a backlink to the money site after 2 months?

No that is actually quite normal, don't worry about it. If you are using webmaster tools (which you shouldn't be ) You will most likely find them showing up there so as long as scroogle can see them you have nothing to worry about.

it is happening to me too, i build like 250 links to my MS and still showing 15-50 on Ahrefs and MajesticSeo

Ah okay - yeah I don't use WMT but I was thinking of using it until you said not to lol - (to prevent G from watching you I assume?)

IF Google is showing that I have those 15 Web 2.0's and the pyramid is set up properly the only things I can assume is either
1) my on-page optimization sucks
2) I don't have enough backlinks for a 3600 searches/month low comp KW
3) I need more T2 backlinks that should be indexed.

Any other places I could be going wrong or to look in to?
