Question on using BlackHat SEO

Dear All!

New guy here. As i was going to start my IM day..then manage to see this forum and have been looking in every single day! Cool tools!

As i am not very good in this, hope someone can help or advice me. Thanks!

Questions:

1. What happen once we use Black Hat Seo ? what the different between a White and Black Seo?

2. Understand that Google will ban the site if they found out that we are using Black Hat SEO. Is there way we can reverse the whole thing?

3. As it's quite dangerous to use Black Hat SEO, should i get a individual IP for all my 'Black Hat' Sites? Will it be safer since google will only ban the ip address which i can still able to use others as well. correct me if i am wrong.

4. Here abit OOT, Would like to know is there any software/code/pdf that enable pop-up to appear when the person is not in our mailing list? Is there a tool like this exist? If yes would apprecaite you can post it here so i can look in it.
