I want to upgrade my account for post my selling product add .what to do for that.

They Will Yes. But you do not meet the requirements to buy Jr. VIP. That is 100 Posts and 3 Month old Account. You can however buy a Premium Membership which costs 500$ for a year allowing you to make a sales thread.

As you're not currently Jr. VIP and don't have the time on-site or post count to get there you'd need to become a Marketplace Seller.
