Question On Social Locker

I have spent about 5 days putting together a big post for my blog, and I have put together a 28 page e-book that I will allow people to download for free. I plan to launch it today, but my blog is quite new (not many FB likes, twitter followers, etc.). I am part of a few big facebook pages where I have built some respect, so I will be posting the link there to the article.

I am wondering what the best way to get more attention over time is. Should I make them like my main FB page, share the article, or like the article?

My thoughts would be to make them like my main FB page, that way they will see my posts over time. But then their friends might not be able to find the same article if they see they liked my site.

I just don't want to mess this one up because I probably won't put that much work into an article again.

I would let them share the article - makes it more viral when they have friends that also like the content and add a note to like you fanpage for more interesting blabla
