Question on services for adwords advertising

So my question, is there a company/persons who provide adwords advertising?
Only curious because if an adwords account is banned and re-creating a new account also gets banned, is there some service that will advertise for you on adwords?

That's a great question. I could be wrong but I think this is against Adwords TOS.

Most advertising companies would not take the risk of re-selling their services to someone who has their account banned already.
 
I used to do it for my clients! :)

But not too much now, since there can be a lot of problems coming in.

Some of it is , getting the account suspended, and worse is when the client complains that the traffic didnt convert!

Well , I know a few people who do it . If i'm right your talking about running adwords campaigns for big companies who need your promotion services right ? The profits are quite good if you know your shit .

the main problem is, these days, adwords takes accounts under review, and it never works for weeks. thats the huge blow for advertisers
