Say if you have a website your going to sale and its your unique content and everything but you have a premium theme or template that you downloaded, is it ok to sale your site with the content?

well i dont see why not. i have seen many of these on ebay.. this is just a example. but some of the sites ive seen sold were very bad. yet they have fetched upto 500usd or more.

website flipping works with the right niches and site designs/layouts etc. study what others are doing and do the same with your own added touch. also stick it on digitalpoint, namepros in the websites for sale. ive sold a few this way in the past.

    hope that helps

best place to sell i think you will find is sitepoint.... sites there fetch alot higher prices than on dp unless alot of people happen to be looking for that type of site.... but most are there to resell it on sitepoint

however place an add on dp saying about your auction and private bids here are accepted then you get both places and both bids :)
