Question on Rules: Freebie vs Beta Tester Sections

I'm looking to offer free English to Spanish translation services for documents, content, recordings, live meetings/calls etc. However, truthfully, I have no immediate plans to post an ad in the marketplace section at the moment. I am looking to beta test these services for other marketplaces so as to avoid negative reviews and make sure I am offering a quality service that clients will understand. I have read the rules for both sections and I'm unsure as to where my post belongs.
