if I create a QR code with a link to my GMB or map listing, that will look like a person directly typed in my url right?

and if I upload my QR code to web 2.0 sites, will Google read that QR code as a backlink (even if there is no anchor tag?)

Probably not. If it counts, you can't even find a real image on the whole internet (except adult content)
