Question on Proxies - Please Help!

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows where / how to find fast free proxies, I've looked at many sites and went through and added many proxies into my browser but they all go soooooooo sloooooowwww! I'm on cable internet and they run worse then dial up! Please Help!

I'm a bit lost at what your asking. The best method to find reliable proxies for me so far (but I'm a noob) came from this thread.. .
his method for gathering proxies is sound. When you do this you eliminate proxies that don't work, which is a lot of them. You will find you have to update your list. Proxies stop working quite quickly these days. Also you attempt to build up your reputation in proxy sharing circles and once inside get your hands on the better proxy lists.
