Question on page suggestion to friends

I've been building profiles for a while now and inviting friends on them to join but always had a curiosity When I send out an invite to all my friends on one profile if they choose to join my page do they get the invite again when I resend it ? Facebook tells me all friends are selected even the ones that have already joined..

How many invites should i send daily on one profile to be "safe" ?

Dont go over 50.. try to be limited. Some can pull off with even 100 but to be on the safe side, stick to 50

50 pages suggestions per day ? I was doing 4 or 5 per account daily thinking its many already .. But won't 50 invites just push your friends away? Its kinda boring to get your account bombed with 50 page suggestions daily
