Question on link building

I have a kw on a post that is ranking 11 on SERP. So I plan to move it to position 5 or better. Here is my plan:

1) Create 2-5 blogger or wordpress account
2) write "unique articles" - I plan to write my own. But I will just type freely, so I will add the kw on the post every now and then but it wont be a well written article. Just bla bla "kw" bla blahh blah. Around 10 minutes per 500 word article
3) Anchor my kw to add backlink to my moneysite, (try to move from 11 up to rank 5)
4) Add pictures with kw as description
5) repeat with multiple sites. Each sites having around 2-5 posts.

My question:

1)Will I get google slap, if I did not change my proxy address in creation and posting of the written posts
2) Am I doing this correctly, since I am doing manual backlinks
3) They say blogger and wordpress has high PR hence pass "good juice". Am I doing this correctly?

No issues from Google, if you do it more quantity, better you take a service of a VA or a party that is available on other IP & provides IP proxies to avail services of web 2.0 creation.

No - 99.9% of the times Google has no idea what the IP address was that you posted an article with (how would they?) only if the site publishes it (and very few - but some do) might this be an issue.

HOWEVER - Blogger IS Google so in that case the answer is no.
If you want to rank with Google don't shit where you sleep

Also if all your wordpress.com and blogger sites are HOSTED on the same IP (server - and they might well be) then subsequent links will count for nothing.

There are loads of PR4 or higher WEB20, Article and WIKI sites out there, don't make more than one link on each one to support one URL of yours - there is no point.
Try Tumblr - Perhaps try ******** article sites if you are writing original content. Despite what some noobs who don't understand serps say, an PR7 article link is as good as any other PR7 link you can get

Creating link after link on the same sites will not give you much benefit. Link diversity, IP diversity, platform diversity and anchor text diversity (and sometimes content diversity) will get you better medium to long term results.

wow. Thanks for info. I did not knew that creating mutiple wordpress.com sites has not much effect after the first link is created. Will definitely check out link diversity like you mentioned.

Any other insights from the people here is very much appreciated.
