question on how copy gets your site ranked

I am trying to figure out what it takes to get a website ranked let alone on to the first page of a google search. I have a brand new website and am starting the process of writing. What determines whether or not my site gets ranked? I have ton's of questions but I'm hoping to start a discussion that will lead to where I want to go. Thanks for any help

old exspired domain that already indexed best way.

use wayback to retrive old website then improve it ....

the normal google way takes 3 to 6 months to get indexed ...

It depends sometimes google indexed in 15 days or sometimes after 6 months. Its all depend upon the content and techniques.

it takes some time.

also..did you submit your site manually to google search console?
did you promoted your content on social media?

The quickest I got a site ranked on page 1 of Google was in a week. I did proper keyword research and just wrote better content and meta descriptions than my clients competitors. Also made sure that I did as much as I can to optimize the sites load speed.
