Question on Facebook Ads Account

I want to get started on Facebook Ads. Is it ok to create a new facebook account to run it?
I don't really want to associate my private facebook account with this account.
When you buy a PVA account, is it ok to use my billing information or do I have to have billing that match the PVA name?

You can open a business segment on facebook which is not connected to your usual account. I don't remember the exact procedure but if you look up "facebook business manager" on goole you will find their business manager and you can open your business part of the account from there. Good luck
