Question on email submits

Hello,

Was thinking of promoting some email submits for a CPA network, but I am not sure how exactly they work. Do publishers get paid after the user enters their email or after they signed up to the forms on the second/third pages? Hope someone can explain this to me. Thanks

What network are best for email submit?

Different offers have different requirements. Some offers require just email and name, some will require to verify email. Some will only pay if a user spends a minimum amount of time on their site. Top CPA networks are Maxbounty, Peerfly, Neverblue, Adknowledge etc. But to get approval in these networks are the hard part.
