Question on creating new EBay/PP acct.

For instance my name is Peter, and this name is attached with my past Debit card used to verify Paypal. If I do create another DC, of course the name will also be 'Peter', can i still use the new DC to verify safely?

By the way, the address used to apply for the DC will of course be the same too :/

you can send yourself a simon gift account (virtual debit card) and make the name whatever you want. there's a $2 fee and the card has to be for at least $20. i have several of these for different ebay accounts and they work great.

You need all NEW information ! Everything needs to be new (new name, address, b-day, phone number, bank account, credit card or vcc) and most importantly, NEW IP ADDRESS !
