Question on creating 3 duplicated websites

Let's just say

I am ranking

abc.com (as my main website)

and i have the other two
abc.net
abc.org

if i want to get the best seo results
should I perform a 301 redirect or set a canonical tag pointing to abc.com?

(please note that, all these 3 websites have the same exact content)

which would be the best scenario?

Why make three sites using same content this doesn’t make sense at all?

Using it for different marketing channels. Especially gambling sites and to also minimize the risk of getting blocked by government and it's very normal to have duplicated sites for these reasons

If you 301 a whole website to another it's not avail any longer.

Great for seo with 301.

But don't know how you would do with newly created content and know WHEN to 301 to be honest.
