Question on CPI marketing

I have to queries that i need help with.

I want to get downloads to an app via a link that i have. There are various sites that offer installs for apps but all of them asks to enter app name/ id/ appstore url. There's no option in which i can just add my link and get the job done. If anyone knows how i can get downloads to an app from my link, just lmk.

Second, many of the sites just provide download and not registration on the app itself, so if its possible can that be done too? Like install + registration.

I need US ios downloads with/without registration

If anyone could help, it would mean a lot.

The sites that offer installs are bot farms(mostly) which is used to make your app/game get organic traffic. The installs you buy are not from real users so even if you manage to buy installs/find microworkers it'll never convert for the advertisers.Try using free traffic if you're a beginner, read the other guides.
 
So if I understand your question, you have an iOS App in the Apple App Store that you have a link for that you want to advertise.
Apple requires you to have a support website for your app. You would like people to register before getting the app if possible
so you get some information from them like an email address. You should set up your website to capture their email address
as part of a registration process before you give them your link to the Apple App Store to get your iOS app. Then focus your
advertising efforts to direct people to your website so they register before getting your App.

That is all well and good but it doesn't cover the people who simply find your App in the Apple App Store through a discovery process.
The only way to get them to register that way is if your app has a built in registration sequence of code that makes them give you
an email address before you let the app function properly. (This may be as simple as making them click a link to your support website
to register before letting them use your app.) You will have to check Apple's policies and requirements to make sure
you are allowed to collect information from your users this way without violating Apple's privacy policies.

I'm willing to try if the bot farms work for what I'm trying to achieve. Can you let me know about any site that would let me get downloads via a certain link that i have?

No usually bot farms won't open your apps after install, even otherwise it is a fraud to networks and you'll be banned fast as you're leads don't convert.
 
Instead of buying Bot or farm installs i will suggest you to buy Incentive traffic thats price will even less then bot or farm
and your app will get 100% HUMAN Traffic so its safe too
there are lots of ad networks provide cpi base services you will know that how much you paying for a installs
