Question on being untracable!

Hello,

I have a question on being untraceable. Obviously most people know the government can do w/e they want hack who ever is needed to trace people. My question is. If i am doing some smaller blackhat stuff where government would not care because im too small to matter. Is buying a small disposable laptop running vm on it then using a vpn on that vm and even using public wifi. is that the best way to be safe?

Any tips would be great but that is the most i know on being safe.

This is not sound to me like a BH. Is more likely you want to do online frauds. Right?

You're running some fraud schemes at a lower level you mean?
Being untraceable is a myth. Especially for someone who comes asking for a HOW TO on a public forum.

Lol you guys calm down i havent done anything at all nor do I plan on it. I dont care if government is on to me thats why i made this post. because i havent done anything wrong so dont worry. But i was watching a video online on how to stay anonymous. The video i saw was on how to stay anonymous for doing certain things that most wouldnt but its nothing that harms people or myslef. I wouldnt come here if i was doing illegal stuff this forum is to popular for that.

I don't know the actual purpose that why you're asking this. But anyway here's how to do it.

1. Buy an offshore VPS with vcc
2. Set up free vpn in your virtual machine
3. Use public wifi to access your vps

Today being untraceable is almost impossible even using Tor/VPNS/offshore accounts. Although doing what JasonS said makes it in most cases too time and money consuming for agencies to bother. Everything depends on what you want to do.
