[Question] Off-site SEO strategies: effective link building

Hello guys,

I would like to ask how you are prioritising your budget for link building. E.g. you have multiple pages (e.g. 1000). You have $100. $1 = 1 link. How would you allocation your budget? Would you select multiple pages (10-15) or several (2-3), how many links you would allocate per page, etc.

Depends on competition of keywords. Some inner pages don't need any links. They will rank with authority of site. Link building strategies will vary from site to site depends on the requirement.

OK, lets put some constrains. You have 3 pages. All keyword difficulty same. Search volume is same. How you would allocate your budget? Equally. To one URL. Something more?
