question of cloaking ( i am new)

I am just starting in the world of affiliate marketing in cryptocasino.
I'm working with cloaking and creativities....
My questions are:

1) I was wondering if you know methods or ways to get balance on accounts for cheaper ads.
Like discount coupons, people selling accounts with balance, if there is vcc method.

2)I was also wondering if anyone knows how to make an account so I can promote a post on twitter because when I link the card to pay it stays on hold.
do i need the blue twitter? I need an old account? if anyone knows the answer I would really appreciate it.
