I refreshed the homepage and I got this warning...

And even though I already did...

I am still getting the same message. What am I missing here?

Thoughts?

Your browser probably has some kind of default blocker. Check your privacy settings.

It's happening the same here, bhw devs need to check this

Got it!!

I just removed this filter from uBlock Origin...

Refreshed the page and the warning is no longer appearing.

I specifically gave permission. I am not selfish, they give me the right to speak. (Both in technical and other things.)
This is a private site and has some expenses. I think everyone should allow it.

Maybe it can continue to display because the cookies are not cleared. And Pressing the X sign may be the solution.

Nobody here is saying otherwise. On the contrary, we´re trying to come up with a solution to this issue and contribute somehow to the sustainability of this amazing community.

By the way guys, I just refresh this window and the red message appeared again.

Thoughts?

Just to confirm - not the issue on uBlock Origin side.
It's something else on your PC that's triggering.

Thoughts as to what might be the case? antivirus? antimalware?

I don´t recall setting any of these security settings on any of those softwares.

Not sure, don't see any recent changed on xenforo about this, prolly something new custom on your side or something came with update this morning.

just block the element if it keeps popping back up. white list the site in ublock so the ads come in, while keeping the adblock banner element blocked at the same time in ublock. Ezpz

Are you maybe using Avira?
Looks like they are using https://xenforo.com/community/resources/adblock-detection-anti-adblock.7175/. Try to google around it, what could it be.
Also make sure that you whitelist properly: @@||blackhatword.com
And do CTRL+Shift+R to recache.

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/bhw-our-system-has-detected-that-an-adblocker-is-installed-in-your-browser.1336526/. I guess we'll get an update in the next few days what's going on.

Thread moved to the relevant section.
Some adblockers act in such a way that limits the functionality of the forum - this message has always appeared but it was a little less intrusive and was easier to remove.

Simply turning off the adblocker for BHW will work and restore full functionality to the site. As per the message we only have relevant internet marketing related products advertised on the forum that could be of great benefit to you.

UPDATE - some platforms require you to clear your cookies and cache after disabling the adblocker.

If this continues to be an issue and you've cleared your cache and cookies, whitelisted us on your adblocking software and (if using firefox) you've checked the inbuilt adblocker AKA "enhanced tracking protection" isn't enabled on firefox, for further information on etp please check this link https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop

Then please raise a ticket with support.
