Hey guys! I recently started up a movie streaming website (I know, another streaming site.. Hopefully I'm not in prison by the time I post back to this thread), and I was wondering of ways to monetize it. Now, I know that I will not be ranking in the movie niche, but I do think that through social media and word of mouth etc, I can build up a solid user group, considering very man movie streaming sites are either loaded down with pop-unders, or just scam you. But I was wondering in terms of speed, and user acceptance, what would be better for monetizing my site. I was going to use AdCash, and I like their ads, for what they are, but then I found crypto-loot. In theory, CL seems awesome. But for the past 8 hours, they've been offline for whatever reason. Maybe you guys have heard of people using miners to monetize their sites? I have it set to use no more than 50% of the user's threads, so that they can still watch their movies and/or download without any lag. I'm wondering though, is there a way to implement my own miner to my website? I am using CL's servers to mine, and they tax 15%. I'd also really like to have the most control over how my users are tracked / used. I want my site to make "some" money, but I'm not going to destroy any potential returns due to terrible performance and the site just being an advertiser marketplace. Any suggestions?
