I have read in several posts about people hiring others to spam a list of groups they give, for 4h / day and pay $ 5 / day. My question is where do I get jobs like this? I'd like to do some of that, where can I get opportunities for those kinds of mini jobs?

You can find on Reddit a few subreddits regarding your seeking ( beermoney and alternatives ). Here is an example of programs for job seekers. In your case, this also represent a source for your workers: reddit.com/ r/thesidehustle/comments/ e2zrgs/ beermoney_megalist_alternatives_that_really_pay/ . MTurk may represent another alternative.
