[question] keyword research

For example, I plan to create a Niche with contain maybe about 80 posts.
I have my niche and I have my main kw.

The question is that How can I find the rest of those keywords for the sites?

I always use bluematter's method in this thread to do the deep niche research: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...g-have-done-before-now-showng-you-how-do.html

but it take too much time to complete the process, I wonder if anyone have the better ideas?

I'm not pro at keyword research but I did read about a sort of round about way of finding relevant keywords to your main keyword not to long ago.

Head over to reddit and type your kw into the search. If there is a subreddit head into that and look for posts such as Ask Me Anything or Q&A threads. These tend to have a lot of discussion and traffic involved. Start browsing through and look for terms that seem to repeat themselves frequently that relate to your niche. Check those terms against whatever keyword tool you use and you might be surprised at what you come across.

I have not tested this, only read about it and the example they gave provided a keyword that you wouldn't find off the top of your head that produced 2400 monthly searches.

An easier way is to search for your main keyword on google, and take the first result that comes up, enter on google keyword planner to get keyword ideas.

Another obvious one to mention is just search your main kw in google. Use headphones for example, scroll to the bottom and I see shure headphones, wireless headphones, classroom headphones, sony headphones, etc. Check some of these keywords and see how they work for you. Click on one of those links and see what suggestions that brings up.

One more spot to look at involves the ads that come up. It isn't a surprise that those ads are heavily targeted at keywords you have entered so look to see what other variations they may be using in those ads.

Sound good, but id we have a site with the structure like this:
- headphones
- wireless headphones
- wireless headphones for women
- wireless headphones for man
....
I will place my main kw in the position overoptimization

While that is true think to change it up a little bit. Use other names, for example, 'ear buds' is another term for headphones. Also look to specific models or brands. In that niche a lot of people refer to their headphones as their "beats" or "beats by dre" instead of headphones. Just use your imagination and spin things around a little.

I am testing some ideas from the link erickishere give me, very great, but don't mention much about the fomular to analyze keyword competition, do you have any ideas about it?

I am not experienced with keyword stuff at all, I have just been reading up on in a little bit and came across those bits of information. The link he posted above is in my list of things to read. Maybe I'll get to it tomorrow and post back with what I think.
