question: Is it trademark domain?

Hello all,
I have buy a domain for a new amazon site, the problem is in this domain this is the word: "ipad". Do you think it is legal to use this kind of domain name for an affiliation website? I just don't want to have a letter from Apple lawyer in some week...

This. Just take something like "tabletraffle.com" or whatever and it's just as good, without the worry off Apple snatching it from you any minute.
 
Apple is always up for suing nowadays so avoid it. Although there are many domains out there which are still running but from future standpoint of view just AVOID using brand names in the domain. Not worth it
 
ok guys, thanks for your quick reply, i will not use this domain, this is 10$ lost, but always better than have problems in one month or two! Thanks again !

Many registrars might either refund you, or let you change the domains for another if you act quickly. Otherwise lesson learned ;)
