[Question]is it possible to copy a site completely so it will work?

hey guys
i cant find any viral script that actually i can edit because i dont know how to code (i will buy one if needed)
so to my question
can i copy a website completely so all of the websites scripts will work?
i am looking to copy websites like this http://freeminecraft.me/
they are using viral script and if you get actually 10 people to click your link you will have to do a survey

i tried to copy the websute using winhttrack but not all of the website is working and its really bugged

where\how can i copy a website so it will work,or can i pay someone to do it for me(if yes so where)?

No you cant, there are php and java script.

You can see java script but not the PHP.

Technically, it is. What you can do when it comes to this is, you can clone the way the website looks and works for the end-user, but unless you know how it works in back-end (admin panel etc.) that it's quite impossible to clone since you don't know what's going on there.
But yes, for a good web developer it's possible to clone pretty much any website.

The thing is, you can't see the PHP, but as soon as you got an idea what you the website to do, you can code the PHP and all server side programming from scratch and copy or use as a base the client side scripting.

Nope! JavaScript is possible but not the PHP.

If not just google "hire a Freelancer"

Make a post on each website (all should be free) post your requirements. You should be able to get someone to do that kind of site pretty cheap.

i cant get it working right
it hae alot of bugs and i dont know how to change the look of the website that comes with the script because i am not a web developer
