question, is hostgator still good to use for hosting?

HostGator will go bankrupt very soon. They are no longer able to pay employees, and their employees looking for money from customers. They suspend account without explanation and not based on fact,just lokking for personal gain.
Services increasingly disgusting.

I use hostgator for some of my sites. They are pretty good for the money, their support is good.
the downside is that the speed of their servers aren't fantastic (I have reseller account, not dedicated server or anything).
also it's really annoying that you can't have shell access (unless you pay an activation fee per account I beleive).
