[Question] Is ClickSure trustable?

I need some help regarding Clicksure.... I have an account at them and I want know if they are serious...
I have tried to "promote" something from weight loss section ... but all the link are taking me to something else...
Can anyone help me with this?

I have used them for years with no problem that was not resolved very quickly.
