Noob question - Instead of using Proxies, isnt there a way to spoof your IP using IP spoofers?

You can't spoof your IP address.

It is feasibily possible to change the IP address in the "packets" that you send over the internet, however it is pointless as the IP protocol will not be able to make a valid connection because the receiving port will not be able to send a valid response back to the sending port.
