Question:: Indexing Time

Hi Ive added in google webmaster tool 2days ago still Google cant index it yet....

Ive triend adding social bookmarking sites, creating new content, pinging my site, directory submission..still Google cant index it -- though Ive this one blog before that only took 1 day to be indexed...

So im wondering what do I need to do to get indexed by Google faster.. Ive also tried using auto pligg.....

I have only 6 days left for a task.. I need it to be indexed before my deadline....

The webmasters tools DB is an older copy. You're better off checking with site:yoursite.com if you're indexed already.

Try submitting it to Digg and other social bookmarking sites.

@FJ. already done. not seeing anything.

@jmascis:Ive already done submitting in digg. Its just my post in digg that was indexed..haha.. not particulary the site itself

I am normally indexed within a few hours, I like putting a link in my sig here. But any busy forum would work.

I just did one in a few hours just by bookmarking, pligg, rss, and pinging the crap out of everything.

Weird. I consistently get sites indexed between 3 and 12 hours just by submitting a proper sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools and setting up analytics.

Is the domain new or is it an old domain that is banned/blacklisted?

I also submitted sitemap to google webmaster tools.. also done rss submission...
How come it still cant be indexed...does it really take that long?

I usually get indexed something between 1-8 days.

And I only submit my site to 2 or 3 social sites and make a temporary link from 1 or 2 of my top ranked sites.

Usually this is enough for me.
