Question in regard to outsourcing

what services need to be outsourced and what services need to be done on your own?

im a newbie IMer and with all the information that ive read, i am totally confused on what to follow and where to start. i really want to do and learn everything from making a website to learning to do photoshop to writing articles to doing link wheel, etc. although all these things can be learned and be perfected by anyone, i also know for a fact that all of these things can be outsourced.

i live in the philippines and when it comes to outsourcing, i really wont have a hard time in finding an excellent outsource company since a lot are based here.

so if you were a newbie, what are the services that you would outsource to help you get started and vice versa?

This answer may not be too much help, but I think it all depends on your approach and project. As an example, I like to write - I do most of my content and copy writing myself. I HATE linkbuilding. I outsource that, and with joy!

you write so i assume that you know SEO since writing articles need SEO skills right or wrong?

when it comes to websites, does it need to be flashy to be noticed?

also, it is advisable to outsource landing pages?

The only thing you should care about is strategy development. All other work should be outsourced. But it depends on your budget mainly. When just starting business most people do everything by themselves.

well, for me if you think you can handle the tasks/job on your own there's no need to outsource it. Outsourcing helps to make the clients focus on their core business, that means it helps you to have more time doing something that can't do.

so if all should be outsourced, then i guess keyword research can also be outsourced right?

Using flash in a website makes it slow to load and as far as I know loading time affects SEO and ofcourse your CTR since the average user waits like 3-4 seconds or something before clicking another site.
Keep it simple and nice.

so simple websites will do and i dont need to hire someone to make me flashy websites except when i plan to create an e-commerce site

right?
