Question in regard 301 redirect and SEO

Hello Black Hatters,
I have a quick questiong. I own a window cleaning business and I want to rank well for many keywords for a few different location. So far I have create a page for each location ex: website/window-cleaning-san-diego/, etc, etc. could I create a page website/window-cleaners-san-diego/ (different keyword) and do a 301 redirect to website/window-cleaning-san-diego/?

What I want to do is have multiple keyword pages but they all 301 redirect to my main san diego page. Can it be done without hurting my rankings for website/window-cleaning-san-diego/ and is it beneficial to build my site that way.

Use a third party url shorterner for your redirects so you can blast the hell out of them.

I don't plan of blasting it, really easy to rank. I just want to that when someone google "URL keyword city" my pages comes up and it redirects to my main city

You should not abuse 301 redirect, you should focus on building backlinks to the page you want to rank with optimized anchors.You could make use of pbns for backlinking your money site and also send social signals to it.

Better concentrate on local SEO. The way you plan to do it will have a minimal effect on your ranking (if at all).
