Question In my Mind and Competition

I have been following this forum for about 3-4 months now.And i am still little confused about the word competition.

Looking for a niche, first thing is G adword tool with exact match and high competition is preferred.That is fine but my problem is how would I check that how many people were thinking the same niche as me.How many already in there that is not on top pages.In short what i am looking for is how do i find out is it a good niche to be explored or have a cup of coffee and keep reading.

Who said high competition is preferred? Actually high competition means that many people already have sites related to your keyword that are older and better on google than yours. Well to choose the right niche better buy or download Market Samurai for free from here or any warez this. This keyword tool will analyze your keyword and tell you if your competitors are hard to "beat" or not.

I am not a SEO expert myself but I hope this information helped you a little.
