I do have a instagram account that I accidentally logged out it and forgot my password. the problem is when I try to recover it the phone number is no longer available and when I try to reach out with support I didn't get any response. this account is very important to me since I used it for a longtime and used it for my business. is there anyway I can recover it or just leave it that way? but yah know I hate to lose my potential customers in that account. I would really appreciate your help and advice. keep safe yall.
