[ Question ] How to use the engagement groups ?

As a fresh starter on instagram I would like to know on how to use the telegram groups.
Joined a few , readed some lines of the chat but didn't really understanded what is happening.

Seen terms such as MP and I guess it stands for MassPlanner.
I seen that its mentioned "Drops" .

Recived a MP list from a bot, but from there I got stuck on what to do.

I think this topic will also be usefull to other fresh starters .
