1. In your amazon account which you will need, personally I do it on the phone
2. T&C, literally just read the terms and conditions and dont break them, standard stuff ICANN stuff

There are ways round everything but no one is going to say how to black hat mass mail, especially here.

Mailchimp is way too expensive Sendy is a much better option

Spread your volume out on multiple channels. Use SendGrid, Mailgun etc. Test out with 1000 each, and go all in on the best performing.

If you have a hosting account for example with hostgator, some packages allow you to create unlimited emails associated with your domain..
Then install a free Newsletter plugin on your Wordpress site, if you have one. Import all emails . And you can send as many emails as you want.
I've been doing this for months, the only problem is that , there is a limited amount of emails that you can send per hour, like 200.
Since yesterday I've sent 1504 of 2001 emails .
I know it's nothing compared with 500k but it is one way to do it.
Then install a free Newsletter plugin on your Wordpress site, if you have one. Import all emails . And you can send as many emails as you want.
