[QUESTION] How to post comments as a Facebook page on another page?

Seriously though.. when replying to a post on an fb page there is a dropdown list button that allows you to shift the page you are posting with.. not so sure though if you were talking about wall posts

I know it's on Facebook's desktop website. But I can't find it on their Android app.maaaah. maaaah maaaaah maaaah, maaaaaaaaaaah

on your phone browser (ig :CHROME on Android) click the options button and scroll down, then check the (REQUEST DESKTOP VERSION)

in the Facebook app there's a small downside arrow on the top right on each post click on it to bring down the switch user menu

You can access the desktop version from mobile browser. I think that's the easiest way to do it if you can't find the dropdown menu.

There is. It's called Facebook Pages Manager.
