I don't think it's possible. There used to be a exploit to do this but it's been fixed by FB a while back.

How? Can't change the name of the page if it has more than 200 likes.

sure its possible, i have changed group names with more than 300'000 likes. but it is only possible one time! write me a pm (if it's the first name change) and I can guide you through the process!

OP's question was about pages and not groups. If you are aware of a way to change the name of a page, do let me know.

    PM sent.

we had to do it for one of our clients. We had to send in a bunch of emails to support and finally got someone to help us out. It is do-able just time consuming
