Hello guys,
I'm having more than 5 websites of same niche, just different domains.
I want to ask you what should I do in order to avoid IP detection or anything else, as if one of my websites gets penalized to avoid getting all of them.
Currently, I have bought gmail pva accounts for each, should I also create a cloudflare account for each website, or just separate them into their own analytics, GSC?
Thank you!

If you really want to separate each of them, you have to use different websites IPs (Cloudflare can work),
A different Gmail account for each GSC & Analytics account per website
You shouldn't really worry about other stuff as google won't use to link websites/accounts to each other

Any advantages of separating them?

I decided a long time ago to not give a damn about GSC and google analytics, and instead just manage everything through ahrefs (which you can do for free now), and statcounter (single page analytics for all sites).

Never looked back, and don't need to worry about multiple account management.

So none of your sites are on gsc?
Nah, ahrefs is good enough, I only really care about tracking visitor count, bounce rate, keywords, ranking and backlinks. Everything else is a nice luxury that I can live without really.

I do have like one of my first sites on them, so I know what they all look like and how they work, but once I got into making sure I should have everything covered in terms of tracking & footprints,
I prefer to play it safe since then. Other members on BHW get credit too, many times people had a website tank and then suddenly all of the rest at once with gsc as the only real connection.

Don't you have indexing issues Just a week back published my google site and yet it has not been indexed Any solution for the same

Thank you. So, should I also use VPN when connecting to each Gsc analytics? Or can it work on same ip?

If you really want to eliminate any kind of footprints, you'll need to use VPN and different browsers (or mobile browsers),
I wouldn't bother to go this further and there's no static thing about what google is exactly tracking for such a situation
