Question: how to make safe from ban white channel?

Good afternoon, please advise how best to proceed. There is a channel with monetization and connected to the my adsense, all using my phone and my laptop. They are connected to the Internet via wifi or mobile Internet with my SIM card.
I want to make another channel and then connect it to monetization through another adsense account, which I will register to my father.
I plan to make this second channel on a different laptop and only log in from it, or to watch the statistics in the creative studio on my father's phone.
But the problem is that this laptop is also connected to the same wifi as my working laptop with main channel.
Is it dangerous? Can I create an account adsens for my father with a different physical address, but the same wi-fi.
And what's the best way to deal with this situation?

If you don't publish copyrighted videos and you don't use bots to increase views / subscribers I don't understand why you should use another adsense account.

Thanks for the answers, I've read here about how many people get banned. That's why I was really worried. But from your answers I realized that I've missed an important detail. All these bans because of fake views and other people's content. Yes, I have only my original videos and no bot views.
