A simple thing as bulk ping might work.

What I used to do back in the day was generate a sitemap (especially video sitemap) via WordPtess and manually change the internal links to external backlinks.

This is kind of tier 2 but very low scale. You can also link to all of them from a page that is often crawled. Not just one, that would be a major footprint but maybe chunks of 10-20. (still a footprint so use at own risk)

Sharing on social media especially Twitter can help as well.
