If the service is good and people enjoyed your service, they will leave review without asking.

For our brick and mortor business we used to offer discounts for customers who review. 1% discount for 1 star and 5% for 5 star.
It worked well actually. Also try to automate reviews, there are plugins that let you send out review link to customers.

Bad advice. The category of people who are "active reviewers" will review you, sure, but hoping for something to happen is not how you build your brand.
Majority of your customers need a nudge, you don't have to offer an incentive, a simple reminder will make a difference but if you want to really drive up your reviews make sure to offer something in exchange. This will capitalize on human psychology and majority of the people will have a feeling being indebted which will be satisfied through leaving a review, just make sure to create an offer in a way that makes it easy to understand what you want them to do. A discount works great for this purpose.

We sell some expensive local fruit this period of the year, to make more volume, be able to have a better price at the source, buying a full truck, i have my son sitting next to the cashere, everybody that take a pic with the phone of the fruit, and let us like our page, like few of our post and share the pic on their profile tagging us, get 20%, its really great, we have a que of people almost all day purchasing it

No one will submit a review if they appreciated your service until you ask, and if you truly want to enhance your reviews, make sure you provide something in return.

This is a topic that interests me. But is it really the only way offer something in return to the customer? Isn't it instead enough to give an incentive such as a qr code or a direct email link? Please continue to report your experiences. It is helpful to everyone
