[QUESTION] How to automate repetitive tasks in the WP backend?

I have a question.

I have a WP site where I have to do a repetitive task every single day in the back end and that is to go post by post and in each post update its content.

Is there any way to automate this, is there any plugin or any other option to automate this kind of tasks?

I have looked at some options but I can't find what I need.

If someone here knows how to do it and can explain or at least give me an idea of how to do it, I would appreciate it.

The solution you require would depend on what you're looking for.

Update the content to what? What is the source of the new data?

Without going into details I should mention that there is a plugin that publishes posts daily but these can only be made visible and public manually, which means that manually I have to make everything work.

There is no way to select all the posts and update them as you do for example when you want to delete multiple posts in bulk.

When we are talking about more than 1000 or 2000 posts, doing everything manually is complicated.

I have been looking at some plugins that automate tasks, but they only automate tasks that run for example other plugins. I mean, if someone posts something, then a file is sent to google drive for example and that kind of stuff which is not what I really need.

I hope with this information you can give me an idea to automate this.
