[Question] How Should I Monetize an Apartment GMB?

Hi everyone,

I have a GMB with the title "Apartments in *Neighborhood*" for an affluent neighborhood in a big city in the US. I've had it for years and it has always gotten good traffic and some calls.

I was just wondering the best way to monetize this. I also have the domain name which I uploaded apartment listings to and it's starting to rank for particular apartment names.

Any help would be appreciated!

I wonder if @patadeperro job board is easily swapped across to a listing of apartments available?

AdSense + tips, maybe commission if you can sign a few home owners with multiple homes?

Besides the usual marketing and social media or SEO things, I'd push towards being some curated version of booking/airbnb in that neighborhood.

Find some subniche in the sense of business appartments in Manhathan or family appartments and focus on that. Being laser focused with your brand and value may benefit you from being just another stupid listing.

You can create a small real estate rental agency for that neighbourhood.
