[Question] How do you manage OnlyFans models?

Hi.
I have some good traffic in adult niche and I want to start promoting OnlyFans models as it seems OF is popular, but I have zero experience with OnlyFans.
So let's say I find a model, how does this JV work? How do you track traffic and earning, how do you split earnings?
I can't seem to find any "guide" on this so any help would be much appreciated.

You will have to find a freelancer for it because someone would need to chat with the fans. You can hire a freelancer by posting in the "Hire a Freelancer" section. You will have to promote the models on various platforms. VK is very famous for it. You will have to promote the models on porn sites as well. Once start earning, you can divide 50 / 50

How do you setup account‘s for your models if they live in a country that is not supported on onlyfans?
 
Just to be clear, I'm talking about models that are already on OnlyFans but they lack traffic or don't know how to promote their page.

Counter question: how do you know what country ANY of the models on OF live in? ;) If you can figure that out, you'll find the answer to your question.

In some cases they are blocked and can‘t make an account. And I‘m not sure what is the best way to open an account for them
 
You track earnings from the OF account, you make the model create a Wise account and get paid into there and then pay her cut to her and send your cut to yourself.

I will warn you that this is much more complicated than it seems, even just finding a model that won't flake on you will take a long time.

First time I'm hearing of VK being used to drive traffic to OF. Isn't it like 95% Russian audience? Their credit cards won't even get accepted by OF right now.

The fair and ethical thing would be for you to commission only the traffic that led to the page, onlyfans gives you this option to generate a link and everyone who signs up through that link appears in the tag.

However, it is not the most common practice on the market, everyone who has good traffic to be sent makes proposals to commission 20% of the earnings in full, which is unfair considering that it is not part of a management or any phase of the model's work mainly from its other traffic sources besides the one used by the sender.

With regard to earnings, only having access to the account will you be able to see it.

Could you monetize the traffic?
What other content around do you offer?

Specifically target to OnlyFans models who want to be visible to the audience.

I manage an OnlyFans search engine and I deal with content creators who want to be exposed there in the available sections.

You need to have a tight grip on them, I worked with cam models 10 years ago and they tend to scam you wherever they can and are lazy and lie all the time. The best approach would be to have a real agency, a real meeting and real contact to the model, not just random online chat.

Give her a contract to sign and a phone and let her register bank accounts and a fresh of account and take the phone. She should send (to you, by upload to mega or google cloud or whatever) every day: pictures (nude and non-nude) + 1 hardcore clip + 1 hardcore video. She should be able to have a gimmick or make her one, f. ex. something popular outside porn reused. Do the chats with customers yourself at first and then use a freelancer but don't give him any passwords to anything, just use a remote desktop where you do the log in. Make a short video daily about the accounting for the model (ie. show her how much earned).
 
There are many ways man. If you do a good job of promoting them and vetting them from the start you will be fine. It's not as bad as people say. Sure you might get burned, but what if you make 40k, learn a ton and then take that experience to a better model? That is business anyway.
